Founder, Interaction Design Association Hong Kong Chapter
Elaine has 20 years of experience in user experience and design thinking. She has lived and worked in the US for 12 years in the 1990s. In 2002, she founded Kaizor Innovation, a strategic innovation consultancy serving multinational and local clients. She is passionate about nurturing the next generation of talents with her role as a time-share Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for tech startups and VCs. She has also taught at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Hong Kong Design Institute to executives, MBAs and designers. Elaine is an alumni of Stanford Executive Education Programme on Design Thinking, and the EMBA programme of Cheung Kong Business School. She studied her undergraduate and masters programmes at Carnegie Mellon University.
Elaine has led the Interaction Design Association Hong Kong Chapter (IxDHK) since 2006.
