Managing VUCA: How Design Thinking Can Help Us Ride the Storm?

The Unleash! Design Thinking e-Forum 2020 was concluded on 30-31 July with new perspectives on the value of design thinking in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous, VUCA world. Local and global thought leaders and practitioners shared their experience on applying design thinking and how the values generated can help us to turn the challenges we are facing now into opportunities. This year, the forum has evolved with the new normal and has adopted an online format. The two-day event presented a mix of panels on pressing topics, with society and business as focus of Day 1 and Day 2 respectively.
