Dr Dirk F de Korne

Dirk de Korne is responsible for KKH’s overall innovation strategy and execution, including the alignment and facilitation of initiatives and projects pertaining to cross-departments, multi-disciplinary collaborations towards patient service integration with relevant stakeholders. He also holds a position as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore, and Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Over the last 15 years, Dirk has focused on diffusion of innovations, quality and safety improvement and organizational strategy. He has been involved in, e.g., tele-health, e-health, health technology, risk management, human factors & ergonomics, performance indicators & benchmarking, safety culture, patient experience, design thinking, efficiency improvement and internal and external auditing.
Dirk holds a MSc in Health Policy & Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a PhD in Public Health from University of Amsterdam.
